This is the transcript from an actual phone call to our office:
US: "Thank you for calling, how may I help you?"
Customer: "Yes, I need information about renewing my loan signing certification."
US: "You do not need to renew it."
SILENCE
Customer: "What do you mean? It has an expiration date."
US: "Did you get it from the NNA?"
Customer: "Yes."
US: "They want you to pay more money. You do not need to renew it. Certification gives others peace of mind that you know what you are doing. Now that you have experience, certification is less important."
Customer: "I understand. Thank you so much. I love you guys. You are way better than them."
US: "We are here for you and our prices reflect that."
Customer: "Thank you."
US: "Have a great day."
Customer "You too!"
