Notary.net Phone Call

This is the transcript from an actual phone call to our office:

US: "Thank you for calling, how may I help you?"

Customer: "Yes, I need information about renewing my loan signing certification."

US: "You do not need to renew it."

SILENCE

Customer: "What do you mean? It has an expiration date."

US: "Did you get it from the NNA?"

Customer: "Yes."

US: "They want you to pay more money. You do not need to renew it. Certification gives others peace of mind that you know what you are doing. Now that you have experience, certification is less important."

Customer: "I understand. Thank you so much. I love you guys. You are way better than them."

US: "We are here for you and our prices reflect that."

Customer: "Thank you."

US: "Have a great day."

Customer "You too!"

Well that's why we love you Andy, that and all the great SEO friendly tools that almost no one uses on this site or even know are possible! But I do! ; )

The biggest one I can't believe people don't use is the forums link back. Most sites don't allow links on forums. A few people have figured out how to use/abuse them, but not many, you are right.

Forum and blog link backs, why do you think I'm the biggest blog commenter on your blog buddy! ; )
There is blog/forum comment spam and then there is just real commenting just done ALOT. I only train freelancers and my staff to do the latter on blogs/forums.
